Your Responsibilities

In your role as a Sales Management Controller, your daily routine will be filled with stimulating challenges that allow you to fully deploy your talent. You will manage the discount programs, prices, and contracts in SAP, while ensuring the compliance of sales processes and the continuous improvement of business tools.

Your scope of action:

• Administer the company's volume discount programs and ensure their accuracy.
• Analyze, document, and improve processes related to commercial discounts.
• Ensure the integrity of data, calculations, and controls associated with discount programs.
• Validate and approve in SAP the implementation of prices, customer contracts, and discounts that have previously received the required approvals.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure the uniform application of processes.
• Participate in financial closing activities and analyses related to commercial programs.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and automation

Required Qualifications

You are a natural fit for the Sales Management Controller position if you recognize yourself:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in finance combined with 2 years of team management experience
• Bachelor's degree in administration (accounting) or equivalent combination of studies and experience
• Strong ability to analyze data, build scenarios, and formulate recommendations
• Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of SAP and Power BI (an asset)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (an asset)
• Rigor, curiosity, analytical mindset, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in French and English to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, the anglophone provinces, and the United States
