Your Responsibilities

In your role as a Senior Financial Analyst - Commercial Finance, your daily routine will be filled with stimulating challenges that allow you to fully deploy your talent.

Your area of action:

• Ensure the execution of customer discounts, ensuring their interpretation, provisions, and timely payment.
• Actively contribute to monthly and year-end closing processes, ensuring reliability and adherence to schedules.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, anticipate risks, and uncover optimization opportunities.
• Design, implement, and improve internal controls to enhance financial rigor and governance.
• Collaborate closely with the team on cross-functional projects and the production of ad hoc financial reports and analyses.
• Participate in the evolution of accounting tools, including the implementation of new software or modules.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• A facility to support and advise business partners in analyzing their needs and finding solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of the SAP software or another ERP (an asset)
• Fluency in both French and English, to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, the anglophone provinces, and the United States.
