Accounting Controller

We are looking for someone who loves numbers as much as people. Someone who is rigorous, curious, and strategic, who will, in collaboration with our Chief Financial Officer, transform data into decisions, improve our ways of doing things, and support the growth of Siboire.

What will your days look like?

• Supervise the complete accounting cycle and ensure the quality of routine accounting operations (accounts payable, receivables, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, etc.).
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial statements.
• Perform financial and operational analyses to support business decisions.
• Participate in budget tracking, financial forecasting, and analysis of variances.
• Ensure the follow-up of internal controls and identify opportunities for improving financial processes.
• Participate in the implementation and improvement of financial management tools.
• Support operational teams in understanding their financial results.
• Perform various analysis assignments as needed by the company.
• Collaborate on end-of-month and end-of-year processes.
• Prepare the required files for audits and follow up on requests from external partners.

• You have a degree in accounting, finance, or administration and several years of relevant experience.
