  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, project management, mechanical engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English (the role requires regular interaction with colleagues, suppliers, and clients based outside Quebec, nationally, and internationally).
  • Experience in delivering multiple projects using Agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. A PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is considered an asset.
  • Solid practical knowledge of PLM platforms, engineering change management processes, product data management, and digital engineering workflows. Knowledge of MES systems, CAD/CAM, AI, or data architecture is considered an asset.
