We are looking for an administration technician who can actively contribute to the company's financial and administrative management while collaborating with various departments in a rapidly growing manufacturing environment.

• Your role

Under the supervision of the administration director, the administration technician plays a crucial role in managing the company's accounting and administrative activities.

Your main responsibilities

• Process customer invoicing;
• Handle receivables collection and digital deposit processing;
• Manage payables processing;
• Track payables and receivables accounts;
• Perform bank reconciliations;
• Prepare government remittances;
• Make payments to suppliers;
• Conduct end-of-month accounting tasks;
• Generate various end-of-month accounting and administrative reports;
• Handle employee enrollment in collective insurance programs and REER;
• Support colleagues in the accounting and administrative team;
• Perform any other related tasks.
• The profile we are looking for

✔️ Education and experience

• DEC in accounting or administration;
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, an asset.

✔️ Key skills

• Strong proficiency in the Office Suite, particularly Excel;
• Proficiency in the Acomba software, an asset;
• Functional English, both oral and written;
• Autonomy and organizational skills;
• Ability to manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously;
• Attention to detail and rigor in work execution;
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent teamwork skills;
• Versatility and adaptability.
