Revenue Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with an accounting or finance background to join our Finance team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support key activities within the order-to-cash process, including contract setup, billing, revenue recognition support, customer account maintenance, and related financial system updates.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging, support collection efforts, document follow-ups, escalate overdue or disputed balances, and report key collection highlights to support DSO and corporate reporting requirements.
• Support monthly revenue-related reporting, analysis, and timesheet-driven revenue forecast and actuals processes through data updates, validation, stakeholder follow-up, and variance review.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, corporate accounting policies, internal controls, and established finance processes.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and workflow efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred Education: Business-related university degree or Accounting DEC (CEGEP college diploma).
• 1–4 years of experience in revenue accounting, billing, accounts receivable, collections, or finance operations.
• Intermediate Excel skills; SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce in a similar role is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet recurring deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Ownership mindset, sound judgment, and ability to follow through with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated team player.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $51,900.00 - $86,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health, wellness, and/or other benefits.
