Description
We are looking for a bilingual payroll clerk and administrator to join our team in Canada. This permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for those interested in human resources, accounting, and data management in a dynamic work environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Process payroll data accurately and efficiently, in compliance with Canadian payroll and tax laws.
- Enter payroll, vendor, and customer account data.
- Participate in account reconciliation and bookkeeping according to Canadian accounting standards.
- Support updating employee files, tracking hours, and managing systems.
- Analyze financial and HR data to identify discrepancies or trends.
- Maintain organized files of transactions and employee information.
- Collaborate with finance teams to optimize processes and improve data reliability.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bilingual French/English – essential for this position.
