  • Participate in the ongoing project to implement permanent inventory.
  • Establish standard costs for all our entities and monitor them.
  • Analyze discrepancies between actual costs and standard costs, identify the causes, and propose corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on cost of goods sold, profit margins, and financial performance for management.
  • Work closely with the production, engineering, and inventory management departments to optimize processes and reduce costs.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Coordinate with accountants for the annual inventory count and cyclical reconciliations.
  • Monitor inventories and report any anomalies or risks.
  • Actively participate in the monthly closing (inventory), budgeting, and various planning reports.
  • Play a key role in improving our sales pricing processes and the annual review of those prices.

Your superpowers

  • Hold a DEC or a bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting in the manufacturing sector.
  • Ability to structure, analyze, and interpret data in an operational and decision-making context.

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Good command of both French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate with our colleagues in the U.S. divisions (communication frequency between 40 and 60%).
  • Availability for regular travel between our two plants (Saint-Germain-de-Grantham and ...) and occasional travel to our other sites.

Your new environment

  • Family-like and stimulating spirit.
  • Diversity and inclusion.
  • Pleasure, dynamism, and mutual support.
  • Recognition and referral programs.
