Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the person hired for this position will, initially, be responsible for the tasks related to the adapted transport department. Later, their role will evolve to share responsibilities between the adapted transport department and the chartered travel department, according to operational needs.

They Will Be Responsible For The Following Tasks *Adapted Transport*

  • Plan the routes for the next morning each day
  • Calculate the monthly mileage for all minibuses in STLévis and Bellechasse
  • Process the invoices for various services
  • Process the payroll for all drivers on a weekly basis
  • In collaboration with the STLévis and Bellechasse staff, handle routine calls for adapted transport
  • Keep the daily list of available vehicles up to date and send it to the scheduling team at the end of the day
  • Receive and process calls from users and private clients
  • Welcome drivers to answer their questions and provide coaching in the execution of their tasks
  • In collaboration with Human Resources, follow up on the integration of new drivers
  • Conduct a precise follow-up on complaints regarding the adapted transport department (driver follow-up, problem-solving meetings, reminders of internal regulations and road code)
  • *Chartered Travel*
  • Enter reservations into the CIS system and validate the details inherent to different contracts (time, address, type and number of vehicles)
  • Send the pricing to clients and validate the information related to contracts
  • Provide a quality service to clients
  • Assign chartered travel to drivers
  • Support colleagues in the planning and operational management of major contracts

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the transition to technological tools
  • Provide weekend coverage according to the scheduled hours (approximately one weekend out of ten)
