The person holding this position analyzes, designs, and implements information technology solutions that meet business needs.
They work in complex contexts (multi-system, multi-team) and assume full responsibility for the analyses, designs, and functionalities delivered.
1. Needs Analysis and Advisory Role
- Meet with clients to understand business needs
- Act as an advisor to internal and external clients
- Participate in the strategic orientation of systems (master plans)
- Evaluate different approaches, methods, and tools to recommend optimal solutions
2. Design and Architecture of Solutions
- Design and configure complex solutions
- Ensure compliance with architectural guidelines
- Develop data models and processing structures
- Define data conversion strategies
- Produce functional and technical analyses
3. Delivery and Quality of Solutions
- Manage functional and integrated test scenarios
- Integrate specifications into CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated validation
- Ensure consistency between specifications, code, and infrastructure
- Participate in trials with the deployment teams (MEO)
4. Support and Continuous Improvement
- Provide support for delivered solutions
- Analyze and correct anomalies
- Maintain and monitor system documentation
- Participate in large-scale corporate projects
5. Coordination, Planning, and Leadership
- Plan work and establish schedules
- Coordinate the different phases of implementation
- Train, mentor, and support less experienced analysts
Use of Artificial Intelligence
- Experience with AI tools (Copilot, LLMs) for:
- + Accelerating development
- + Generating tests and specifications
- + Ensuring compliance with requirements
Education and Experience
- University degree in computer science or related field
- More than ten (10) years of experience in computer science
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in DevOps
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to guide technological decisions
- Ability to effectively advise clients, architects, and management
- Ability to intervene at different levels of the organization
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills
- French and English (oral and written) *The employee will need to communicate with English-speaking clients and may need to communicate in English*
- Ability to coach, train, and support teams (DevOps & AI)
Technical Expertise
- Excellent mastery of DevOps practices and CI/CD/CT pipelines
- Expertise in Spec-Driven approaches (API-first, contracts, tests)
- Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Very good understanding of the software lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with various methodologies (agile, iterative, traditional - e.g., Macroscope)
- Required Availability Outside Standard Working Hours
