Everything starts with a connection. It drives us to innovate, explore, and stay close to what matters most to us. At Bell, we're building a more connected future with world-class networks, AI-powered solutions, and digital experiences that improve the way people live, work, and play every day.

We believe in empowering everyone. That's why we equip our teams with cutting-edge technology, AI tools, and a collaborative environment that supports creativity and growth. Want to be part of a diverse team where your work makes a real impact? If you're inspired by innovation that advances the way people connect and transforms what's possible, you belong in the #BellTeam.

Within the Bell Business Markets team, you'll play a crucial role in innovation for our business customer base. You'll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as the Internet of Things, mobility and 5G, cloud computing, cybersecurity, voice services, collaboration, and contact centers, as well as the Internet and private networks.

Your skills and expertise will help Bell stand out as we remain the first provider of next-generation digital connectivity and services for businesses and governments.

As an Account Manager, you will lead efforts to grow, retain, and acquire wireless and wireline services within a designated territory.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to join one of the most effective sales teams in the company. With one of the most recognized brands in the country and an outstanding range of mobile and wireline products, you'll be well-equipped to research and prospect new accounts for the sales team. The team is looking for people with a hunter's nature, results-oriented, who excel in a dynamic and exciting environment, and who have successfully reduced churn rates and improved revenue, productivity, and quality in the past.

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in the sales team and be responsible for prospecting new business relationships and deploying the strategic vision and roadmap of key clients. As a member of the sales team, you have demonstrated your ability to translate the strategic plan and priorities of a large organization into relevant, effective, and high-impact solutions.

  • Work collaboratively with all other Bell resources as needed to achieve sales objectives.
  • Assume responsibility for the accuracy of forecasts and appropriate sales administrative functions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Three or more years of proven experience in managing business-to-business accounts or as a sales advisor.
  • Natural ability to prospect new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Insatiable desire to sell to clients based on the value of products and services rather than their price.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel software.
  • Sales experience in the telecommunications industry, an asset.
  • Solution-oriented, with the ability to use solution or consultative sales techniques.
  • Bilingual: You will be required to interact with both English and French-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
