A summary of your daily routine

  • Prepare and draft corporate documents, contracts, and transactional documents;
  • Perform various research and registrations in public registers;
  • Review and update minute books;
  • Perform due diligence checks for a business acquisition transaction;
  • Coordinate and execute the closing of transactions.

You have the following knowledge (or almost!)

  • Hold a DEC in legal techniques or any other academic or equivalent relevant experience;
  • Minimum 3 (3) years of experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent mastery of French (both oral and written);
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Demonstrate rigor, attention to detail, and professionalism.
