As a Project Management Assistant, your daily tasks will include: Supporting the submission process: Managing submission documentation;
Preparing and validating the compliance of required documents;
Processing bond requests and insurance applications.
Supporting project management: Drafting contracts and service offers;
Opening projects in various platforms;
Preparing purchase orders and ensuring the compliance of subcontractor documents (licenses, insurance, etc.);
Maintaining project and contract databases up to date;
Transmitting documentation to on-site teams using digital tools;
Developing and tracking change requests from professionals and clients;
Editing and formatting documents.
Contributing to project completion: Compiling maintenance manuals for clients;
Coordinating end-of-project formalities (certifications, final documents, etc.).
Do you have what it takes?

We are seeking a candidate with: 3 years of experience in a similar role;
Relevant DEP or DEC;
Strong team spirit, accountability, and attention to detail;
Adapting to context and individuals to foster optimal communication;
Proficiency in French, both written and oral;
Proficiency in Microsoft365 tools, particularly Word and Excel;
Knowledge of submission software (ConstructBuy), document management software (ACC), and accounting software (Maestro), an asset;
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously;
Resourcefulness, ability to obtain information, and problem-solving skills;
Demonstrating initiative to implement ideas and projects.
