Main Responsibilities

• The Production Controller is responsible for the launch, coordination, and control of the progress of Production Orders according to the schedule.
• For Components, the Production Controller is responsible for the planning of Production Orders according to the schedule.
• The Production Controller acts as a link between industrial planning, PrSCL (Project Supply Chain Leader), logistics, and production to ensure the execution of operations on time.
• On a weekly basis, provide feedback to the schedule to update the MPS, regarding progress and operational constraints.
• On a daily basis, coordinate between logistics, supplies, and quality to allow the production team to meet the schedule.
• Define and implement action plans to resolve delivery malfunctions of components to production lines.
• Ensure a continuous flow of parts to the production line.
• Check the status of planned orders to ensure that production orders can be launched on time and analyze exception messages from MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
• Convert planned orders into production orders and launch them on time according to the schedule and actual progress.
• Track the progress of Production Orders daily through close exchanges with members of the EPU (Elementary Production Unit) flower.
• Ensure that priorities proceed as planned in the schedule and are clearly displayed and updated at the workshop level (visual management).
• Contribute to the verification of the accuracy of data related to the nomenclature and sequences in collaboration with methods.
• Alert the planning team and the supply chain manager to problems impacting the execution of the schedule (missing parts, quality issues, production stoppage, technical data).
• Provide visibility to the logistics team on the priorities of the production line to secure production.
• Participate/represent the "Supply Chain" department on the production line during the 5-minute meetings.
• When applicable, follow outsourced operations and ensure their execution on time in collaboration with logistics and production.
• Contribute to minimizing the processing time of products and maintaining an optimal WIP (Work In Progress).
• Respect EHS (Environment, Hygiene, and Safety) rules and participate in Safety Observation Visits.

Key Performance Measures: On-time launch of work orders.
