You will act as an expert advisor to the management, managers, and payroll team regarding all activities related to personnel remuneration.
In collaboration with the payroll team, you will ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and management practices in accordance with organizational missions, directions, and objectives.
Your knowledge, skills, and expertise will allow you to coordinate, analyze, and recommend solutions aimed at optimizing processes and implementing good governance principles for the establishment. You will integrate best practices and resolve issues to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes. You will ensure the application, updating, and compliance with norms, practices, policies, and regulations.
You will ensure the integrity of data, compliance with legal and contractual obligations, and the evolution of payroll management practices.
You will act as a resource person in complex matters related to remuneration, social benefits, disabilities, salary retroactivities, and accounting interfaces.
As a mobilizing leader and change agent, you will act as an expert for payroll partners, valuing a field-oriented and supportive approach to support decision-making and achieve organizational objectives.
You will play a strategic role in implementing continuous improvement projects, organizational transformations, and payroll service consolidation initiatives within Santé-Québec.
You will actively contribute to the development of the team's skills and the modernization of service practices.
You are agile and comfortable evolving in a complex and constantly changing environment and are skilled at navigating ambiguity. We will support you to facilitate your integration into the large family of the Financial and Logistics Resources Department.
Your qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in administrative sciences or a relevant discipline
- Additional training in computer science would be an asset
Experience
- Possess three (3) years of professional experience in a significant payroll service and similar responsibilities
- Parallel experience in accounting and human resources, employee file sector would be an asset
