Discipline: Taxation

• Functions: Teaching, research, community service, and pedagogical leadership

Requirements

• Hold a doctorate in taxation, accounting sciences, or a related discipline, or a master's degree in taxation with a commitment to completing doctoral studies in taxation, accounting sciences, or a related discipline within the signed employment contract;
• Be a member of the Order of Certified Professional Accountants (CPA) of Quebec.

Experience

• The candidate must have at least two years of relevant professional practice experience;
• The selected candidate must demonstrate excellent potential in university research and teaching, possess leadership skills for students at all levels, and be willing to provide community services.

Other

• The candidate will be expected to teach taxation courses according to the CPA competency grid, and this will be done across all our campuses (Trois-Rivières, Terrebonne, and Longueuil);
• The candidate must also demonstrate excellent knowledge of both spoken and written French;
• The application file must be submitted in French.
