As a Director of Restructuring and Insolvency at RCGT, we highlight your expertise in financial accounting by understanding the client's business and its industry. We plan, prepare, and submit mandates and service contract projects for approval. We manage and execute mandates and projects according to the budgets and schedules planned. We identify the problems encountered, the issues, and recommend solutions. We organize our priorities and work on multiple files simultaneously, autonomously. We apply the administrative and ethical rules as well as the quality standards of the firm. We manage the risks related to the mandates as well as the legal considerations. We act as a resource person in our field of expertise, towards our less experienced colleagues. We supervise and review the work of the collaborators assigned to the mandates under our responsibility. We contribute to the performance evaluation of the employees under our responsibility within the framework of the mandates. We develop and maintain a network of contacts, both internally and externally. We ensure market vigilance.
