Main Responsibilities:

As an accounting technician, you will be responsible for various tasks, including:

• Processing payroll;
• Preparing DAS submission reports;
• Producing T4 and Relevé 1;
• Filing CNESST payroll;
• Bank reconciliation;
• Preparing and recording deposits;
• Monitoring cash and bank balances;
• Tracking fixed assets and prepaid expenses;
• Various related administrative tasks.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• College diploma (DEC) or professional diploma (DEP) in accounting or equivalent experience;
• 3 years of relevant experience;
• Good knowledge of the accounting cycle and payroll processing;
• Strong Excel skills;
• Rigor, autonomy, and attention to detail;
• Good organizational and analytical skills;
• Ability to work in a team.
