Accounting Technician

The Accounting Technician plays a key role in managing the financial transactions of FTGQ. Their primary mandate is to process money inflows and outflows in compliance with various established contracts, using the Accomba software. They ensure the accuracy of financial data and contribute to the financial rigor of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions (money inflows and outflows) in Accomba according to the terms of the contracts.
• Verify and reconcile accounting operations to ensure the accuracy of the data.
• Track payments and receipts, in collaboration with various teams.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and provide accounting analyses on request.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures.
• Collaborate with external and internal auditors during accounting audits.
• Process payroll with Employer D.
