YOUR ROLE

• Account for vehicle sales contracts
• Process claims and track sales programs
• Prepare sales representatives' commissions
• Account for warranty payments
• Reconcile the manufacturer's account statement
• Pay vehicles to the financial institution
• Balance cash registers
• Occasional coverage for payables and receivables
• Data classification and entry

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Meticulousness, discretion, and attention to detail
• Analytical mindset and overall process vision
• Autonomy, initiative, and organizational sense
• Proficiency with computer tools and Office suite
• Knowledge of the Serti software (an asset)
• Ability to work in a team while respecting deadlines
