Accounting Clerk

Bois et solutions Marketing SPECis currently looking for a part-time accounting clerk to support the team in daily operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform accounting data entry (invoices, payments, journal entries)
• Process vendor accounts and ensure payment tracking
• Participate in client account management (invoicing, collections, follow-ups)
• Respond to administrative requests related to accounting
• Support inventory management

Desired Profile

• Accounting education or equivalent experience
• Good proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Outlook)
• Sense of organization and attention to detail
• Bilingual (asset)
• Part-time position (hours to be determined based on needs)
• Collaborative work environment

On-site work, No remote work possible.

Employment Type: Part-time, Permanent

Compensation: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
