Multilevel Web Analyst-Programmer - Angular / Node.js / PHP (F/H)

About the Position

We are seeking a multilevel web analyst-programmer for a significant mandate in digital modernization and transformation within a public organization. You will intervene across the entire web development chain, from client to server, in a varied technological environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the architecture, design, and development of web solutions and components
• Implement unit, functional, and integration tests
• Create, maintain, and optimize web application user interfaces
• Adhere to development standards and best practices

Expected Deliverables

• Technical analyses and effort evaluations in relation to identified needs
• Development of client-side and server-side web components
• Optimization of existing systems
• Implementation of unit tests
• Technical documentation

Desired Profile

• Confirmed experience in full-stack web development
• Proficiency in Angular, Node.js, and PHP
• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience in unit, functional, and integration testing
• Ability to optimize and evolve existing systems
• Rigor in adhering to standards and best practices
• Excellent communication skills in French

Assets

• Experience in the public sector
• Knowledge of multilevel architectures and REST APIs
• Experience in web application performance optimization
• Familiarity with continuous integration tools and version control systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• ≥ 8 years of experience as a multilevel web developer (database design/querying, back-end Python/PHP/Node.js, front-end JavaScript/HTML/CSS)
• ≥ 5 years of experience with Angular or an equivalent JavaScript framework (React, Vue.js)

Assets: Interactive web maps (OpenLayers), WMS/WFS protocols, Node.js, Python, PHP, Docker, AWS services
