Accounting Clerk

Lallier Honda Hull is looking for an accounting clerk to join its team in the accounting department.

Full-time permanent position (37.5 hours/week)

Hours: Monday to Friday

Compensation: To be discussed based on education and experience

• Process daily transactions
• Reconcile and account for revenues and deposits
• Enter and process vendor invoices
• Reconcile bank statements and issue payments
• Account for the purchase of new vehicles
• Prepare payroll
• Compile credit card transactions
• Account for payments received via bank transfer
• Place office supply orders
• And any other related tasks

We need you because

• You are a disciplined, discreet, and independent person
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

Requirements

• Accounting education (DEP – DEC or AEC)
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and SDS software (an asset)
• Knowledge of the Nethris payroll system (an asset)
• Autonomy, discretion, and professionalism
• Bilingualism (French mandatory and knowledge of English)
