We are looking for an accounting technician who will join the advisory services department at our offices in Quebec City, Lévis, Montreal, or Terrebonne. What You Will Accomplish
- Manage all or part of the accounting cycle for companies from various industries
- Record journal entries and perform bank reconciliations
- Process vendor and customer accounts
- Perform monthly and annual closing entries
- Provide support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Analyze accounts and justify discrepancies
- Prepare tax declarations (GST/QST)
- Contribute to the preparation of payroll and tracking of benefits, if needed
What Really Matters
- A college diploma or certificate
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in accounting
- Excellent Excel skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Acomba, QuickBooks, etc.)
