For over 10 years, CJA has been supporting its clients in the realization of complex projects related to public, municipal, institutional, maritime, and more. In a context of growth, we are looking for a new Billing Technician to support our project and finance team.

As a Billing Technician, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Open projects in the management software and ensure updates (phases, budgets, lots, etc.);
  • Manage the complete billing process for projects, from preparing drafts to issuing final invoices and credit notes, while respecting contractual terms and schedules;
  • Track project costs, transactions, and progress, and produce the required reports;
  • Collaborate with project managers, client account teams, vendor account teams, and accounting to address billing issues and ensure data accuracy;
  • Keep billing files and supporting documentation up-to-date, and make adjustments and other related tasks as needed.
  • To enjoy this challenge, we are looking for a person who:
  • Holds a Technical Diploma in administration or accounting;
  • Has at least 3 years or more of experience in project billing in the engineering or construction field;
  • Demonstrates excellent rigor, organization, and attention to detail;
  • Shows good collaboration and communication skills with various stakeholders;
  • Is comfortable managing multiple files simultaneously;
  • Is proficient with accounting software and tools (Acomba, Excel, Office 365).
