We are looking for a motivated and meticulous Night Auditor to manage the night accounting of our establishment. With your sense of hospitality, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to an unpredictable environment, you will ensure smooth financial operations. Warm and professional, you will maintain an open and empathetic attitude towards guests while fostering effective communication with internal and external services of the establishment.

YOUR ROLE IS CRUCIAL

• Perform all accounting operations related to night auditing.
• Prepare and submit night financial reports to managers.
• Verify and reconcile financial deposits.
• Ensure the safety of the premises and guests.
• Provide exceptional service to guests.
• Answer phone calls and direct them.
• Respect the confidentiality of guests and information.

WE NEED YOU IF

• You have experience in hotel reception and a good knowledge of the region and tourist attractions.
• You are proficient in Office Suite and have knowledge of a hotel management software, such as Opera (or equivalent).
• You have the energy, endurance, and availability for this demanding role, with flexible hours.
• You are bilingual French/English for effective communication with an international clientele.
• You maintain exemplary service standards at all times.
• You are passionate, friendly, and professional, with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm.
• You embody a culture focused on excellence, attention to detail, accountability, and collaboration.
• You are disciplined and process-oriented, capable of working calmly in all situations.
