Senior Accountant

Reporting to the executive team, the accountant will be responsible for supporting the organization's accounting activities. They will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounting operations, and generating financial reports.

Schedule :

• Monday to Friday, in person

Main Responsibilities

• Process the complete accounting cycle and ensure data integrity;
• Maintain up-to-date accounting books and manage the company's financial transactions, including vendor invoice entry, customer receipts, and bank operations;
• Financial data analysis;
• Perform account reconciliations, including bank, customer, and vendor accounts;
• Ensure compliance with the bank's monthly reporting requirements;
• Management and tracking of inventory costs;
• Calculation of customer and vendor rebates;
• Maintain organized and compliant accounting documentation in accordance with standards and regulations;
• Perform any other related tasks.
• Desired Profile :
• DEC or DEP in accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Language: French - English
• Proficiency with software and computers.
• Advanced level in Excel
