ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES TECHNICIAN POSITION

We are seeking a versatile, organized, and efficient individual to join our accounts receivable team. The work will be carried out from the company's headquarters in Bois-Des-Filion, in a newly renovated environment. Reporting to the Chief Accountant, the Accounts Receivable Technician will have various responsibilities in billing and collections, as well as client account management. AMAZON BILLING / PAYMENT RECONCILIATION

• Import and process Amazon orders in batches using Excel files (data from the Amazon portal)
• Perform batch billing for Amazon orders
• Reconcile Amazon sales and analyze discrepancies
• Reconcile Amazon payments via Excel files (validation of fees, sales taxes, adjustments, etc.)
• Process orders related to inventory transfers between our warehouses and Amazon
• Design and maintain Excel tracking files for various types of fees billed by Amazon (storage, advertising, logistics, other fees)

ACCOUNTS RECEVABLES

• Perform collection calls
• Prepare and submit account statements to clients
• Process cheque payments
• Process direct deposit payments
• Open new client accounts according to established procedures
• Manage customer complaints and warranties
• Process credits related to ongoing promotions
• Perform any other type of billing, including rebilling of charges incurred for clients

OTHER TASKS (20%)

• Process credit card payments (as needed)
• Provide impeccable service to internal clients
• Identify, document, and report any major issues or concerns to your Supervisor
• Ensure structured and compliant filing of all documents related to accounts receivable
• Formulate recommendations and actively participate in the continuous improvement of department processes
• Implement, document, and maintain clear and efficient procedures
• Support colleagues in accounts receivable during annual leave or periods of high workload

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent French and English skills, both oral and written - essential
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite or related software
• Advanced Excel knowledge - essential
• Knowledge of an ERP system - essential
• Experience with corporate and distribution accounts - an asset
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong organizational skills, dynamic approach, and good autonomy
• Teamwork
• Strong execution capacity in a rapidly evolving environment
• Engaged, motivated, and determined to grow with the company long-term
