Bilingual Campus Recruiter - Contract

Join our dynamic team as a bilingual campus ambassador! In this role, you will foster student engagement and the development of a talent pool by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including university partners and professional associations. You will facilitate communication with designated institutions, track student interactions and results in the CRM, and provide support during recruitment events and travel across North America (particularly on the East Coast). You will also stay informed about trends in young talent and campus recruitment to continuously enhance our strategy and impact.

This position is based at our headquarters in Montreal, Quebec. It is a contract position.

What You Will Do

• Establish and maintain relationships with students, faculty, university officials, and external partners
• Develop strategic partnerships with student associations, university departments, industry partners, and alumni
• Serve as a key liaison between the university and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and partnerships
• Develop, analyze, and maintain feedback and data systems to generate relevant information and foster continuous improvement
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and effective use of analytics to inform decision-making
• Act as an expert in student engagement, recruitment, and industry trends
• Support the implementation and management of end-to-end programs
• Contribute to the organization of high-quality events through planning, coordination, and communication with stakeholders
• Assume additional tasks as needed to support team and organizational goals

What You Bring

• Bilingualism (French/English) is essential for daily communication with team members across Canada
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in student engagement, campus recruitment, or a related field in talent development and recruitment
• Proven ability to design and implement campus engagement strategies, partnerships, and events
• Experience using CRM systems to manage relationships, track engagement, and analyze data
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engagement tools (e.g., event management, surveys)
• Proven use of data and technology to improve recruitment and engagement results
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Creative and solution-oriented mindset, driven by a passion for education and talent development
• Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth-oriented mindset, capable of effectively managing changing priorities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Availability and ability to travel across North America as needed
