As a Claims Agent, Travel Insurance, you play an essential role in processing travel insurance claims, providing valuable technical support to your team. You collaborate on analyses and technical work that advance cases, while ensuring data quality and adherence to established processes. Your ability to make informed decisions and adjust your approach according to situations is a true asset. You are a key person in the smoothness of operations and customer satisfaction. More specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Performing various administrative tasks: collecting, entering, updating, coding, and processing data in member and client files
- Communicating with various stakeholders, both orally and in writing, to validate or obtain information for files
- Participating in the resolution of simple and common problems, demonstrating adaptability
- Providing informational support on current procedures and processes to members and clients
- Participating in the preparation of presentations and other related documents.

What you will bring to the table
- College diploma (DEC technical) in an appropriate discipline
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced intermediate English proficiency due to the nature of tasks, work tools, or interactions with anglophone partners or members and clients
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
