Pay: $ CA20.00 to $ CA30.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients
• Plan, develop, and execute safe, varied, and engaging training sessions
• Lead and supervise client training
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules at all times
• Modify exercises as needed to accommodate all clients' levels
• Provide exceptional customer service, in line with Blackburn Athletics' requirements and standards
• Complete opening and closing task lists, if applicable, and ensure everything is in place for the next day
• Develop clients' potential skills and abilities
• Implement and execute promotions provided by Blackburn Athletics' management team
• Participate in external events and activities to promote Blackburn Athletics
• Demonstrate initiative in implementing new processes
• Be available for replacements and coach meetings
