The Data Platform Service Management team is part of the Data Foundation and is primarily responsible for setting up the capabilities supporting the data-centric transformation at Desjardins. We are responsible for implementing the Data Movement Platform (essential foundation to support the Data Movement Strategy) in order to anchor our business practices in data and analytics. Platform Administrator, Azure, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the new Data Movement Platform. In a multidisciplinary, agile, and highly dynamic team context, the team is responsible for supporting development teams in setting up environments, deploying code, and common production infrastructures. You will work in an Azure cloud environment with targets based on "as code" deployment (IaC), "configuration as code" (CaC), and "continuous deployment" (CD). If you are resourceful, enjoy transformational projects and new technologies, this role is for you! Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of applications and services in production.
- Setting up and improving monitoring, alerting, logging, and dashboard solutions.
- Automating recurring operational tasks using scripts and infrastructure tools.
- Participating in incident management, problem diagnosis, rapid service restoration, and vulnerability correction.
- Conducting postmortem analyses and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborating with development teams to improve service reliability, resilience, and deployability.
- Contributing to capacity management, performance optimization, and operational debt reduction.
- Defining, tracking, and improving SLOs, SLAs, and reliability indicators.
- Participating in the continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Writing and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and intervention guides.
- Ensuring the installation and testing of software or the implementation of applications.

What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant discipline
- At least four years of relevant experience in platform administration
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience in managing Azure data platform
- Experience in roles requiring the management of complex or urgent situations
- Experience in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
- Experience in managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines
- French language proficiency required
- Proficiency in scripting PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar language
- Proficiency in infrastructure (networking, storage, compute, integration services, container orchestration)
- Proficiency in DevSecOps practices (Terraform, Azure DevOps, Github, Github Actions, SonarQube, Artifactory)
- Knowledge of security rule configuration and implementation (RBAC, ABAC, Policy)
- Knowledge of Agile environments: Jira, Confluence
