Salary: Between $50,000 and $70,000/year (before bonuses)

Your mission

The Technical Advisor ensures communication between customers and technicians. They ensure high customer satisfaction standards are met.

Responsibilities: Your daily tasks

• Welcome customers warmly upon their arrival and obtain information about their vehicle;
• Transmit the right information to the workshop technician responsible for the vehicle;
• Communicate with the customer throughout the process to inform them of the progress of the work being done on their vehicle;
• Explain to customers the nature of the work performed and the costs associated with it;
• Advise customers on the maintenance to be performed on their vehicles and emphasize the importance of these, according to the manufacturer's technical specifications;
• Optimize customer visits by offering to perform additional maintenance recommended by the manufacturer;
• Open and close work orders.

• Autonomy and proactivity;
• Ability to work in a team.

Your qualifications

• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) - Technical Advising in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or a combination of studies and work experience deemed relevant;
• Knowledge of the SERTI software (an asset);
• Valid driver's license.
