What you will accomplish with us

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Participate in the analysis, design, programming, configuration, and integration of Salesforce solutions, in a "just enough – just in time" approach.
• Apply best development practices, design patterns, and standards supported by Centers of Excellence.
• Ensure the quality, performance, robustness, and security of the developed solutions, including the protection of digital information.
• Set up and use continuous integration and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
• Play a technical reference role: guide technological choices, encourage code review and validation, and support the team on complex tasks.
• Actively collaborate in team activities (planning, agile ceremonies, definition of done, etc.).
• Support the production solution (incidents, maintenance, monitoring) and occasionally participate in deployments.
• Contribute to the documentation of solutions and promote best practices.

• We are looking for a person who:
• Is recognized for their solid expertise in the Salesforce platform (APEX, metadata, objects, API, Platform Events, governor limits).
• Stands out for their analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrates a strong collaborative spirit and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Is proficient or familiar with environments and tools such as: Azure DevOps, Git Flow, Visual Studio Code (sf-cli), Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud computing.
• Is familiar with architecture and modeling principles (UML/UML2, decomposition patterns).
• Has a strong interest in innovation, including the use of AI (e.g., Copilot).
• Has an intermediate to advanced level in French, both spoken and written.
