The Role, Your Impact:

As a Payroll Auditor and under the responsibility of the Senior Director, Corporate Payroll, you will act as a functional expert and super user of payroll systems. You will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of payroll data by conducting gap analyses, functional tests, and quality controls. You will actively participate in payroll process improvement projects, particularly in Workforce, SuccessFactor, and SAP environments. With your advanced Excel and data analysis skills, you will contribute to the reliability of payroll operations and the harmonization of practices. Specifically: Project Management and Continuous Improvement

Participate in the implementation of various payroll process improvement projects.

Act as a key resource in integration, conversion, and optimization projects.

Participate in the management and implementation of payroll system conversion projects.

Contribute to the implementation and deployment of new features in payroll systems.

Actively participate in parallel payroll exercises and result validations.

Super User

Act as a super user of SAP within the payroll team.

Perform the creation, testing, validation, and production of new payroll and revenue codes.

Participate in the harmonization of revenue codes and payroll practices.

Conduct functional tests (user tests) during configuration changes or new implementations.

Participate in the creation, maintenance, and correction of data interfaces and integrations.

Operational Support

Support and assist payroll supervisors and payroll masters in resolving complex issues.

Act as a reference for questions related to payroll systems and data controls.

Participate in the documentation of processes and procedures.

Compliance and Tax Obligations

Perform the production, validation, and correction of end-of-year tax forms (T4, Relevé 1, and other applicable jurisdictions).

Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Participate in various compliance activities related to payroll.

Your Qualifications for This Position: Education: DEC in accounting or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (Payroll Analysis). Advanced Excel skills. Assets: experience in payroll projects, parallel payrolls, and knowledge of SAP Success Factors, Workforce, and INP certification.
