- Your role
As Content & Creation Coordinator, you will be at the heart of the agency's creative production. You will oversee the writing of scripts and concepts for our UGC campaigns, coordinate the casting of creators according to the needs of each mandate, and supervise the smooth running of the UGC training offered by the Voice Influence Academy. You will also manage the agency's social media presence and content, while assisting the president in creating strategic content for her own projects. You will be in constant interaction with our creators, our internal team, and occasionally our clients.

Main responsibilities
- Write scripts and content concepts for UGC campaigns and the agency's social media
- Coordinate the casting of content creators for client mandates
- Supervise and manage UGC training (Voice Influence Academy): organization, participant follow-up, scheduling management
- Manage and update the agency's social media (content, publication calendar, trends)
- Assist the president in content creation (ideation, writing, coordination)
- Follow and improve internal processes related to content creation
- Perform any other task related to the company's growth
Desired profile – The ideal person
- University degree in communication, marketing, content creation, or any other relevant experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Creative, well-groomed profile, with a real sensitivity for social media and its trends
- Studious and perfectionist personality, with a great attention to detail
- Thoroughness, reliability, and consistency in follow-ups
- Clear and professional communication
- Good tolerance for stress and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent mastery of Google Workspace, Monday, Slack.
- Demonstrated aptitude in organization, prioritization, and time management
