Are you looking for a dynamic position where your days are filled with action and your impact is felt daily? We are seeking a versatile, solution-oriented individual with a teamwork mindset to fill our Delivery Driver Assistant / Expedition Clerk position.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE *DELIVERY SECTION (60% OF YOUR TIME)*

• Deliver orders safely and with care, adhering to security rules and quality standards;
• Load, deliver, and install our furniture according to a pre-established schedule and route set by the logistics agent;
• Participate in procedure and product update training;
• Collaborate closely with the after-sales service;
• Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle at all times (interior and exterior);
• Comply with and respect the laws and regulations of the territory where the vehicle is driven.
• *EXPEDITION CLERK SECTION (40% OF YOUR TIME)*
• Receive, identify, and store merchandise while ensuring product quality and accuracy;
• Prepare the next day's pickups, prepare and package deliveries as needed, and manage rejects;
• Customer service at the warehouse: Welcome customers, load their orders into their vehicle, and collect payments if necessary;
• Warehouse management: Operate a forklift, use the computer system, maintain inventory, and ensure the cleanliness of your work area.

TO BE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR, YOU MUST

• Hold a valid Class 5 driver's license (Class 3 license is an asset);
• Be able to drive a cube up to 20 feet in length;
• Have excellent interpersonal skills focused on respect and collaboration;
• Be comfortable providing your SAAQ driver's license record;
• Be in good physical condition to lift heavy furniture;
• Be autonomous and versatile.
