The Position
Reporting to the sous-chefs, you will contribute to the excellence of our sweet offerings by creating preparations that combine creativity, technical mastery, and precision, ensuring a memorable dining experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the setup and serving of desserts;
- Preparing and cooking, using appropriate methods, cakes, pastries, and other desserts intended for consumption;
- Creating original and refined dishes that highlight flavors, textures, and colors;
- Maintaining production, presentation, and service standards as established;
- Participating in inventory management for your section;
- Controlling operational costs by ensuring proper management of perishable inventories;
- Maintaining the highest standards in hygiene, cleanliness, and health and safety;
- Understanding and applying the policies and regulations in effect at the establishment and having a good knowledge of all products and services offered;
- Performing any other duties aimed at ensuring smooth operations and high-quality customer service.
Essential Requirements
- Professional studies diploma (D.E.P.) in pastry from a recognized institution. A college-level course in food service management is an asset;
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in establishments of significant size.

- Mastery of pastry techniques as well as seasonal and exceptional products;
- Great attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics, both in flavors and presentation;
- Excellent sense of responsibility and organization;

- Positive leadership and collaborative spirit;
- Strict adherence to hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards;
