Health Québec West-Island of Montreal – University is currently looking for an Automation and Artificial Intelligence Specialist to fill a permanent full-time position at our Administrative Center, Pointe-Claire.

In this role, you will develop innovative solutions to optimize processes, ensure the performance of digital platforms (ERP, analytical tools, and connectors), and support teams with reliable data and powerful tools.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM and 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (flexibility), with a high possibility of remote work.

Daily Role and Responsibilities

• Design and deploy automation solutions (RPA, Power Automate, and API integrations).
• Develop predictive models and dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Optimize logistical processes and ensure the performance of digital systems.
• Collaborate with teams to identify innovative solutions that promote continuous improvement.
• As part of our university and academic mission, you may be asked to supervise students or interns.

Qualified Candidate

• Holds a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related field*.
• Has experience in process automation (RPA, Power Automate) and applied artificial intelligence (an asset).
• Is proficient in Power BI, advanced Excel, and API/ERP integrations.
• Demonstrates analytical rigor, autonomy, and a good sense of organization.
• Shows excellent relational skills.
• Effectively manages multiple priorities and meets deadlines.
