Senior Information Security Advisor

TEHORA is currently seeking a Senior Information Security Advisor to contribute to the protection of information assets, improve the security posture, and implement cybersecurity practices in accordance with industry best practices.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following services and deliverables (non-exhaustive list):

• Participate in the development and implementation of information security strategies;
• Conduct security analyses and provide recommendations;
• Lead and support information security audits;
• Participate in penetration testing;
• Develop, document, and maintain security rules and procedures;
• Conduct risk analyses and propose mitigation measures;
• Monitor emerging threats and vulnerabilities;
• Advise technical teams on best security practices;
• Participate in investigations and analyses related to security incidents;
• Produce documentation, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders;
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and security awareness activities.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline;
• Possess at least five (5) years of experience in computer science;
• Hold the CISSP certification (or equivalent, depending on client requirements);
• Be an active member of a professional security association;
• Possess at least five (5) years of experience as an information security advisor;
• Have led information security audits;
• Have participated in penetration testing;
• Possess experience in writing and implementing security rules;
• Master the principles of infrastructure, network, and system security;
• Possess knowledge of Windows, Linux, Cisco, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments;
• Have experience with security tools such as Nessus, Nmap, OpenVAS, Metasploit, and Wireshark;
• Possess knowledge of firewall technologies, encryption, and PKI infrastructures;
• Demonstrate excellent ability in collecting and analyzing needs;
• Possess strong communication, facilitation, and writing skills;
• Exhibit autonomy, diligence, and a strong team spirit.

The salary will be calculated based on the average hourly rate corresponding to your profile.
