Our retail sales associates are responsible for all aspects of the customer experience within several businesses (retail, rental, custom, and omnichannel) in a store, including but not limited to:

• Engage as a member of a highly performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
• Establish a relationship with your customer from greeting to post-sale contact.
• Consistently demonstrate reference selling techniques for retail, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
• Continuously encourage and participate in team selling and have a positive impact on store volume and sales metrics achievement.
• Participate in visual merchandising, store setup, and other store-related projects, as well as inventory stock counts.
• Operate the cash register, like a cashier, at the point of sale in the store.

Qualifications Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift, bend, crouch, and twist frequently, lift up to 50 lbs, climb a ladder to reach merchandise and/or supplies, and see and distinguish patterns and colors of fabrics.
