Production Co-ordinator (fashion apparel)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end production lifecycle for accounts
• Act as the primary technical liaison between overseas factories/agents, external laboratories, and buyers to provide clear instructions and follow-up.
• Maintain daily communication with overseas teams as well vendors to monitor progress and relay issues and challenges to appropriate team member to find solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Design, Technical Fit, Logistics, and other internal stakeholders) to ensure total alignment.
• Oversee approvals of colors, fabrics, trims, and accessories in accordance with design specifications.
• Keep detail record of updates and modifications using corporate records such as track sheets and Tech packs and filing.
• Develop production tools and documents
• Communicate and follow up on production schedules with factories and internal teams to guarantee timely warehouse deliveries.
• Review and manage inspection reports
• Track and approve sustainable certifications (e.g., Organic, Recycled, FSC) to validate marketing claims.
• Keep production and labeling templates updated for all countries.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Fashion Marketing is an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe suit is an asset
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and French is an asset.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position required
• Pay: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
