Salary: $29.28/h + evening shift premium of $1.50/h

Tasks
- Set up, operate, and monitor machines used for mixing, calendering, extruding, molding, or vulcanizing rubber articles or products;
- Load rubber, pigments, fillers, oils, and chemicals into machines;
- Monitor processing conditions and product quality;
- Adjust machines as needed;
- Arrange and prepare rubber pieces for assembly;
- Use machines, equipment, or hand tools to cut, shape, join, adjust, and glue rubber materials to form pieces or finished products;
- Use finishing machines or equipment to trim, grind, or polish rubber products into their final shape;
- Train or assist in training new employees;
- Visually inspect or use instruments to check finished rubber products for defects and ensure compliance with specifications or quality standards;
- Apply seals or labels to approved products and identify and return defective products for repair or recycling;
- Complete product verification sheets;
- Make minor adjustments and repairs to products, if necessary.
Qualifications sought
- 1 to 2 years of experience;
- Ability to read, write, and interpret information related to manufacturing processes;
- Good learning capacity and organizational skills;
- Good physical capacity (lifting weights ranging from 10 to 40 lbs);
- Experience in the manufacturing industry (asset);
- Forklift license (asset);
- Organized person and concerned about well-done work;
- Quick execution, team spirit.

- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM;
