What you will accomplish with us
As a Senior Information Technology Auditor, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Conduct various computer audit missions (related to IT, IS, and other relevant topics) following the defined methodology;
- Evaluate IT General Controls, internal IT controls, and IT Application Controls related to various systems and applications;
- Actively participate in all aspects of missions, from defining audit objectives, planning, fieldwork, to report writing;
- Establish schedules with the mission team and Management, ensuring their compliance;
- Perform analyses and tests on information technology governance and internal controls to ensure that audit work meets the team's quality standards;
- Contribute to the periodic follow-up of the implementation of various recommendations issued to the audited sectors as well as the follow-up of major initiatives;
- Contribute to the preparation of the annual IT internal audit plan;
- Provide coaching to less experienced colleagues on audit techniques and methodology;
- Prepare audit results for communication to Management;
- Write reports to communicate conclusions to the audit committee;
- Stay informed about current, emerging, and potential risks, trends, and opportunities affecting our company and actively share with the team;
- Maintain a professional relationship with the auditees based on respect, trust, collaboration, and listening, with a focus on satisfaction and efficiency.

We are looking for a person who possesses
- University degree in information technology, computer engineering, business administration, or a related field;
- Hold at least one recognized certification in IT audit (such as CISA)
- Mastery of IT risk management frameworks (COSO, COBIT, NIST, ISO, etc.)
- Mastery of ITGC and ITAC risks and controls
- Proven ability to document processes and controls, develop and execute test programs;
- Mastery of the main IT domains: information security, cybersecurity, IT operations, business continuity and disaster recovery, telecommunications, data governance, IT architecture, cloud computing, and project management;
- Knowledge of the main cloud computing providers (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- General knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience;
- Advanced level of English language proficiency since the person will be required to communicate daily with English-speaking clients and partners across Canada via emails and calls
Desired qualifications
- Holding the CISSP would be a significant asset or any other relevant certification in risk management, cybersecurity, Governance, or Cloud such as (CIA, CRISC, CISM, CGEIT, CCSP, etc.)
- Holding an accounting title (CPA) or internal audit (CIA)
- Exposure to data analysis and visualization tools
