We're looking for a billing technician for our building mechanics group (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) in the Montreal and North Shore regions.

The Role

You will be the point of contact for all billing for the group, working closely with our Director of Accounting and Finance:

• Billing for service calls (time and materials)
• Billing for preventive maintenance contracts
• Progressive billing for construction projects
• Tracking customer accounts
• Participating in the billing and receivables month-end closings
• Performing any other related tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the accounting department

Your Profile

• 3 years of relevant experience; construction or HVAC background is an asset
• Proficiency in Office Suite (intermediate Excel); QBO or Acomba is an asset
• Attention to detail and respect for deadlines
• Good capacity to work and communicate in a team
• Sense of priorities
• Adaptability
• Resourcefulness
