IT Specialist - Infrastructure and Operations

TEHORA is currently seeking a Senior IT Specialist – Infrastructure and Operations to participate in the design, deployment, optimization, and evolution of complex technological infrastructures supporting critical and highly available environments.

Non-exhaustive list of services and deliverables the selected person will provide:

• Participate in the analysis, design, and evolution of technological infrastructures;
• Provide advisory roles in the fields of networking, servers, storage, and cloud services;
• Contribute to the implementation and evolution of Microsoft, Active Directory, and Azure environments;
• Participate in modernization and transformation projects of IT infrastructures;
• Develop strategies and recommendations aimed at improving technological services;
• Conduct technical and strategic analyses related to infrastructures;
• Participate in regional, supranational, or provincial technological projects;
• Develop and document technical architectures and evolution plans;
• Assist teams in resolving complex issues;
• Produce required technical documentation, analyses, and recommendations;
• Facilitate workshops and work meetings with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Hold a university degree in computer science or a related discipline deemed relevant;
• Hold up-to-date professional certifications in your area of expertise;
• Possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in the field of information technology;
• Possess at least seven (7) years of experience in one or more of the following domains:
• Networking;
• Telephony;
• X86 servers;
• Unix servers;
• SAN storage;
• Active Directory;
• Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud solutions;
• Management of Microsoft user environments.
• Have participated in at least ten (10) significant mandates in your area of expertise;
• Possess experience in strategic analysis, organizational development, and strategic communication;
• Hold experience in major IT infrastructure digitization projects;
• Possess excellent synthesis, communication, and strategic document writing skills;
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the issues related to IT governance;
• Exhibit autonomy, leadership, and excellent professional judgment.

The salary will be calculated based on the average hourly rate corresponding to your profile.
