We are looking for a landscape technician who will play a key role in the technical implementation of our high-end residential landscape projects.

Under the supervision of the landscape director, the landscape technician will play a key role in the technical implementation of our high-end residential landscape projects. All actions must be guided by a passion for horticulture and a constant concern for excellent customer service.

Main responsibilities

The landscape technician is responsible for the following tasks: Surveying and implementation (total station)

• Perform land surveys with the total station and transfer measurements to AutoCAD for design by architects.
• Integrate final plan measurements into the total station and perform marking at the site: alignments, levels, elevations, and drainage slopes.
• Technical drawing and coordination
• Update execution plans in AutoCAD (overall plans, cross-sections, and technical details) and verify compliance of executed work with plans and estimates.
• Coordinate the work of team leaders and subcontractors and plan operations.
• Monitor project progress, report to the superintendent, and ensure compliance with plans, estimates, and quality standards.

Requirements

• The minimum requirements for this position are as follows:

Diploma in landscape design, landscape architecture, civil engineering, surveying, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design or exterior project management.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with a total station is a major asset. Complete knowledge of the field: plants, paving, walls, grading, drainage, and leveling.

Excellent reading of plans and estimates, rigor, autonomy, and positive leadership.

ASP course - Health and safety on construction sites (or in the process of obtaining) and valid driver's license.
