Your Work Environment
Participate in one of the most important infrastructure projects in Quebec.
As part of the STM Blue Line extension project, EXP is looking for a Documentary Project Coordinator (Implementation Agent) to support the coordination of activities, documentary management, and technical requirement tracking for the project.
The selected person will be a permanent employee of EXP, assigned full-time to the Blue Line project and will work directly in the STM offices, collaborating with project teams and various project stakeholders.
This position represents a unique opportunity to contribute to a major project that will significantly transform Montreal's mobility. You will be at the heart of the operations and play an essential role in tracking, coordinating, and controlling the technical documents necessary for the advancement of the works.
Responsibilities
- Write meeting minutes from construction site meetings.
- Track and control technical documentation transmitted by contractors and project stakeholders.
- Validate the compliance and adequacy of received documents with contractual requirements and reference documents.
- Prepare non-conformity and non-compliance notices and ensure their follow-up.
- Maintain up-to-date registers of deviations, non-conformities, and non-compliance notices.
- Track change requests (DC, DIM, and CC).
- Coordinate follow-ups with engineers, project managers, and supervisors to obtain the required documentation on time.
- Track requests and schedules with various stakeholders.
- Update the required technical drawings and plans for the project.
- Contribute to the improvement of documentary tracking and quality control processes.
- Support project teams in the daily management of files.
- Perform any other related tasks.
Desired Profile
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a construction site environment or infrastructure projects (asset).
- Excellent organizational, planning, and documentary management skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Rigor, autonomy, and sense of priorities.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in French.
Assets
- Experience in the management and tracking of technical documents.
- Experience in the tracking of non-conformities and change requests.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documents.
- Knowledge of major project or construction environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools.
