Why is this role important?
SUMMARY
Manage customer service tasks, including cashier and merchandising.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
HUMAN RESOURCES
- Ensure that cashier and merchandising staff follow all store policies and procedures.
- Train cashiers and merchandisers in their roles.
- Provide advice and guidance.
LOSS PREVENTION
- Ensure that all loss prevention standards are in place, manage daily counting area inventory, and track cashiers, tracking sheets, and PC Optimum procedures.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Ensure that store employees present an appropriate image to the public according to the uniform policy.
- Answer inquiries regarding product locations, deferred purchase coupons, etc.
- Resolve customer issues according to established guidelines (e.g., refunds and exchanges).
- Promote the ISSC survey.
- MERCHANDISINGn
- Ensure that tablets are clean and organized and that there is adequate rotation.
- Ensure that product displays are set up and removed according to the store manager and assistant manager's directives.
GENERAL
- Ensure that store cleaning and image standards are maintained.
- Comply with all health and safety requirements.
- Perform office and banking tasks, as requested.
- Comply with all store policies and procedures.
- Comply with loss prevention policies and procedures and ensure their implementation in the store.
- Perform other tasks as needed, including cashier-related tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Planning, judgment, and decision-making.
- Independence in store organization.
- Problem-solving essential for customer satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE
- Good computer knowledge.
- Sense of organization.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of products and supplies.

Hiring Range / Salary Range at Hire: $16.85 - $18.45 / 16.85$ - 18.45$ (per hour) A candidate's experience and knowledge as well as the geographical region in which the position is located may be factored into the pay a candidate receives for this position.
