Reporting to the Chief, Corporate Strategy and Governance, the Senior Analyst acts as a business partner to the various functions of the company to ensure an integrated vision of strategic priorities, their implementation, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and follow-up of the strategic plan, priority initiatives, and organizational performance indicators.
  • Produce strategic analyses to illuminate decision-making and identify the main levers for creating value.
  • Support the follow-up of the progress of strategic initiatives, including resource allocation, dependency management, execution risks, and achievement of results.
  • Prepare files for the executive and governance bodies, including executive dashboards, strategic presentations, analysis reports, and recommendations.
  • Conduct cross-functional analyses in collaboration with the different sectors of the organization to support the consistency of decisions and the achievement of business priorities.
  • Conduct strategic intelligence on market trends, best practices, emerging risks, and development opportunities.
  • Participate in the evolution of governance frameworks, processes, and practices to promote effective decision-making and organizational alignment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of analysis tools, methods, and strategic performance tracking mechanisms.

Profile Required

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in administration, finance, economics, actuarial science, or any other relevant discipline.
  • Possess 7 to 10 years of experience in functions related to strategy, governance, strategic planning, consulting, or business analysis. A master's degree, particularly an MBA, is an asset.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in the retail industry; experience in the fashion industry is an asset.
  • Exhibit excellent business judgment and a strong ability to synthesize complex information to support decision-making.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and be able to transform quantitative and qualitative data into concrete recommendations.
  • Demonstrate excellent ability to design clear, structured, and impactful executive presentations for the top management.
  • Exhibit rigor, autonomy, initiative, and a strong sense of organization in managing multiple files simultaneously.
  • Stand out for your ability to positively influence, collaborate with different stakeholders, and establish credible business relationships.
  • Master analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) as well as artificial intelligence tools, and leverage technological advancements to enhance analytical capabilities, optimize processes, and produce high-quality deliverables.
  • Master French and English, both orally and in writing, to effectively collaborate with French and English-speaking partners and work with English systems, tools, and documentation.
